Planning drawings in Epping Forest, £895 fixed

Epping Forest asks for more than drawings: every householder application needs its sustainability checklist and statement as well as its own validation checklist, and work to the front or a road-facing side needs street scene elevations showing the neighbours. A 2025 Article 4 direction for St John's Conservation Area in Buckhurst Hill gave 25 June 2026 as its intended start, and we have not found the council's confirmation that it took effect. The directions for Staples Road and York Hill in Loughton are scanned documents we have not read in full, so we check your street before we design.
