Choose the drawing package and your borough. You get our fixed fee, the council application fee that is paid to your council, and the total to a decision. The price is the same in every borough — the calculator shows it rather than asking you to ring.

Our fees: the published price list. Council fees: Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) Regulations, annual indexation from 1 April 2026. Council fees are passed through at cost, never marked up, and the receipt goes to you.
