Planning drawings in Hertsmere, £895 fixed

Hertsmere does not publish a local validation list: its planning page points to the national requirements, plus plans to a metric scale with a scale bar supplied as PDFs, and it asks for a Shenley Plan Code Compliance Checklist in the Shenley Neighbourhood Plan area, which it says will become part of its local validation requirements. The Article 4 directions matter more here. Those on named Radlett bungalows remove rights including adding storeys, and the council lists further directions in Borehamwood, Bushey, Elstree, Letchmore Heath, Potters Bar, Radlett and Shenley that we have not read in full. A separate Potters Bar direction on houses in multiple occupation applies from 6 May 2027, so we check your address against all of them before we design.
