Planning drawings in Buckinghamshire, £895 fixed

Buckinghamshire Council replaced four district councils in 2020, and the householder design guidance you follow still depends on whether your home sits in the former Wycombe, Chiltern, South Bucks or Aylesbury Vale area. Extensions in the Green Belt need floor plans that show the measured volume, and plans drawn on Land Registry plans are not accepted. The Article 4 directions the council lists name specific sites rather than streets of houses, but older ones inherited from the district councils are not all read in full here, so we check your address before we design.
