Fee confirmed in writing
The published fee for your route, with the stages set out. Nothing payable.
Survey booked
Usually within five working days. The first stage, and the point anything is due.
Drawings and submission
Existing, proposed, pack, then submitted on the Planning Portal as your agent.
Council decision
The statutory target for a householder application. We handle officer queries.
Revisions
If the officer comes back with comments, we redraw. That is the job, not a variation.
